Word count: 3,000 to 6,000 words (including references, tables, figures, and appendices).
- Manuscript Preparation
- Style:
Manuscripts must be prepared according to APA 7th Edition style guidelines, including formatting, citations, references, headings, and language use.
- Language:
Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise, and academic English.
- Structure:
Suggested sections for full articles:
- Title Page (including author details and affiliations)
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–6 keywords)
- Introduction
- Method
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion

- Tables and Figures (placed after references or uploaded separately)
For review papers, adapt sections to suit a comprehensive literature overview and synthesis.
- Formatting
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
- Spacing: Double-spaced throughout the manuscript.
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
- Page Numbers: Include page numbers in the header or footer.
- Headings: Follow APA 7 heading levels appropriately for sections and subsections.
- Citations and References
- Use author-date citation format (e.g., Smith, 2020) for all in-text citations.
- Include a reference list at the end, formatted per APA 7 guidelines.
- Ensure all cited sources are in the reference list and vice versa.
- Tables and Figures
- Number tables and figures consecutively (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).
